Founded in 1983 on the basis of Taicang Metal Processing Factory of Beijing Non-ferrous Metal Research Institute, we took the enterprise reform in 1997. We are a private owned company specializing in producing high quality copper/brass seamless tubes and pipes, copper alloy pipes, the copper bars, copper rods, copper wires and copper fittings for different uses. Less than 50 kilometers to the downtown of Shanghai Metropolitan and less than 60 kilometers to the famous garden city Suzhou, the transportation is very convenient.

Our factory is a middle scale enterprise of copper material production in East China. With an annual output capacity totaling 12,000MT, our factory covers a total floor space of 50,000 square meters. Now having fixed assets worth in excess of USD 8,000,000, we employ 400 staff with 30 technicians. We obtained the right to self-conduct import and export activities in 2002. Our products are now selling well in Japan, Middle East, North America, Taiwan etc.

Our constant and reliable product quality is due to the advanced manufacturing and testing equipment we use. These apparatus ensure that all production processes are in conformance with both national and global standards.

Our main equipments and production lines are purchased from Japan and Taiwan Area. In 2003, we installed one set of bright annealing machine. In 2005, we installed one set of 1,600MT extruder which is able to produce larger diameter copper and copper alloy tubes and pipes. Meanwhile, we have also improved our test equipments, including spectrometer, eddy current tester, grain size tester and HV hardness tester etc. Now, we can produce various copper alloy tubes with different temper (hard, half hard, 1/4 hard, light anneal and soft anneal). In the Automotive fields, we have the top quality in producing brass tubing which are used for oil cooler of cars.The main customer comes from DANA Corp.of USA and DENSO Corp.of Japn.

Furthermore, we also received an "AAA Credit Rating" from the People's Bank of China for our high financial integrity. The brass tube H65 was awarded a title of "The High Quality Products of Jiangsu Province" in 1992. All finished goods are produced in accordance with China National Standard GB, U.S. standard ASTM, Europe Standard EN,Japan Standard JIS and other industrial standards.

Our main products include various specifications of pipes and tubes, bars, rods and (in H63, H65, H68, H68A, H70, H85, alloy 330, Hpb59-1, Hpb63-3, HAL77-2, H_sn70-1 and T2, Tp2 specifications). The products are applied in the plumbing hardware, light decoration, electronics, building hardware, machinery, heat exchanger tubes, automobiles, drinkable water tube, pipes for water/gas/oil supply, stationery, socket connector, the processing of standard copper products, copper fittings for kitchen and toilet faucets, etc.
